Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly closed to prevent leakage.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
